When the toilet couldn't go where we originally planned because of venting that couldn't be moved below, a new hall closet was born, the old bedroom entrance got repurposed into a closet door and it only cost us 4 square feet of bathroom space.

One thing I really appreciated is that I felt Imad always gave me his honest opinion whenever there were design or product choices to make rather than always pushing for the more costly option. I went against my gut in a couple choices due to his urging & looking back, I'm glad I did.

Imad takes your needs & satisfaction very personally. When I told him that my wife would be running in the Chicago marathon the next weekend & we'd love if the tub was usable by then for post-race soaking, he made it his personal mission to make that happen. Minutes later I heard him delivering the instructions to the team complete with WHY it had to be done before Sunday. That Saturday, when they left for the day, we had no tile & no working shower, but we DID have a clean, wiped down, ready to be used brand new Jacuzzi tub. A week later, we had a complete bathroom that we're still thrilled with today.

We have been living in our residence for over 20 years. After my husband's passing I decided to redo my bathrooms for a facelift and a new look. After interviewing several contractors I choose Imad Shehade and Source One Properties. They seemed honest, experienced and professional.

Since I was doing 2 bathrooms and a powder room, Source One drew up a work schedule to stager the work to where I always had a working bathroom. The timing worked beautifully and I am very happy with the results.

With Imad's help I selected the materials and colors in the beginning and he took care of everything else. Source One ordered and delivered everything, coordinating with condo Management Company regarding deliveries and water shutoff and had subcontractors on site for all installations, all worked well and on time. The marble subcontractors were very precise about the work and the bathrooms came out beautiful.

Source One updated me on a daily basis and showed up when expected and Imad returned my calls and was available and on site. I have since used Source One again on smaller projects and had positive results and therefore would recommend using Source One.

I did not expect this level of personal service but was very happy to receive it, the job went painlessly and Imad had a real desire to please the client. I found that to be unique.

We planned on selling our house and decided to give it a face lift by remodeling several bathrooms, re facing our kitchen cabinets and changing floor tiles.

We selected Imad Shehade and Source One Properties for 2 reasons first was the experience and professionalism they brought to the table and second was the competitive fair pricing. We worked with Source One's interior designer whom assisted us in materials / color selections, where to introduce certain design elements and how to tie it together and be consistent with our look keeping in mind the total job we were doing.

The construction process is inherently filled with surprises as you don't know what behind a wall or under a tile until you remove it. We felt that Imad can handle whatever was found and would insulate us from the undue stress.

From day one when the crews came in to cover furniture and protect the un-affected areas of the house we felt in good hands. When the tile was removed and we found out the sub flooring was not strong for a new layer of tile, Source One handled it and installed a layer of concrete sub flooring to cure this issue. His tile workers were very through, we never thought tile work was so complicated. From the metal edging installed around steps and corners to the continuity of grout lines from indoors to outdoors, the work was consistent and clean. His crews knew how to work with everything from 16*16 porcelain floor tiles, designer tiles for bathroom accent walls to the marble tub surround in the master bath. The finished product was excellent.

Source One was on site daily, gave us continues materials and sub contractor progress updates. We never had to worry about who's is showing up or who's is going into the house. We felt that Imad was honest and genuinely wanted us to be happy with his work.

One evening, we came home at 8.30 at night to find Imad there with his Granite crew making sure installations were prefect and in time for the plumbers coming tomorrow.

In another case, we bought a vanity on line and we wanted Source One to install it, turned out that one of the glass shelves was in the way of piping, so Imad went and custom made a glass shelve with cutouts for pipes and installed it.

We recommend using Source One and Imad Shehade. We will again for any project we need.

After trying to sell out condo for 2 years, we decided to increase our chances by completely remodeling our two bathrooms. The first one, our master bath, was completely redone using marble. The second was rebuilt using tiles.

We decided to contract Source One Properties following a thorough selection process initially because Imad Shehade acted professionally and in a respectful manner. Our choice got comforted during the design phase.

Imad was extremely proactive and respectful of our budgetary constraints. He understood our goals and worked as a partner to help us maximize the value of the work being done. He helped us through the material selection process and provided some advices on the type of cabinets to use as well.

The demolition process and the construction phase were executed smoothly. Source One employees always came on time and the material needed brought the day before. The work was done diligently and Imad kept a close eye on how the project was doing and made sure that things were done according to the specifications we agreed on. I was happily surprised that the areas were cleaned up and everything put in order at the end of each day. In addition I was updated along the way with status of the construction progress.
